正社員　　　月給220,000円～330,000円
アルバイト　日給  10,000円～    12,000円
※経験・能力を考慮の上、決定します。

建物所有者様に代わって利用者様の大切な人の命を守るために誠実に消防・建築設備の点検管理や不具合などの修繕を行います！

『消防法』によって
火災から人命や財産を守るため、建物には消火器やスプリンクラー設備、自動火災報知設備などが設置されています。
これらの設備は、火災が発生した時に確実に作動しなければ、意味がありません。
このため、消防用設備等を定期的に点検して維持管理を行うことと、その結果を消防署長に報告することが義務付けられています。
適正に点検をする事で消防設備の不具合を発見することができますので改善を行うことができます。
万が一、火災が起こった時に消防設備が作動しない、なんて事があれば大変な事態になってしまいます。

その様な危険な建物にならない様に所有者様、管理者様から点検業務委託をされています。
